[darcs-devel] darcs patch: fail on error in get_patches_beyond_tag.

Hi all,

Here's a patch that just changes the behavior of get_patches_beyond_tag to
fail rather than giving an erroneous result when the tag is not actually in
the PatchSet.  Should be safe (and have no effect).

  * fail on error in get_patches_beyond_tag.
  This will expose any bugs where we use this function wrongly.
  (As was the case in darcs check --partial with hashed inventories.)
