[darcs-devel] darcs patch: remove (unused) conflictor code

Hi all,

Here's a patch removing the unused conflictor code from darcs'
patch theory.  I'm pretty well convinced conflictors won't work,
and this is a step in clearing the way for a replacement.  This
shouldn't affect anything that darcs actually does (since the
conflictors are never created currently), but clears out a lot of
cruft from Commute.lhs.
