[darcs-devel] darcs patch: fix performance regression in readPatchInfo.

Hi all,

This is a fix for a rather severe performance regression that I introduced
when allowing named primitive patches.  Probably this whole code will code
out the window soon, but until then, it'll be nice to avoid the
sal_to_string in the common case.
