[darcs-devel] first release candidate is out

darcs 2.0.0rc1 is released.  My hope is to soon issue the final release.
The biggest change from pre4 is that the _darcs/format for darcs-2
repositories has changed, with the "-experimental" removed.  If you've got
any existing darcs-2-format repositories, you can just edit this file by
hand, as the actual format hasn't changed (it's just that the
release-candidate is when I decided to set the format in stone as
"darcs-2").
