[darcs-devel] [issue794] getting a darcs2-experimental repository does not yield a darcs2 format repo

I don't know if this is actually a bug, or if it's intentional.  I guess it
doesn't really matter as it affects only the bleeding edgers.

The format file of the new repository just says 'hashed'
