I notice that this command doesn't sort or perform any sorting, nubbing or
counting.  Is this intended so that users can perform their own counting?

It might also be a good idea to extend this command to accept most of the
flags changes accepts, so that we could query

darcs show authors src/URL.hs

to show the names of folks who contributed to URL, or

darcs show authors --from-tag 1.0

to find out who has contributed since darcs 1.0
