[darcs-devel] [issue946] --extended-usage is shorter than --help!

New submission from Trent Buck <trentbuck at gmail.com>:

The darcs --extended-usage command is shorter than darcs --help, and
seems to contain now information that's not in --help. It's
maintained as a separate hand-written string in Darcs.Commands
(instead of being auto-generated from docstrings in Darcs.Commands.*)
so it's bound to fall out of date.

Can the --extended-usage switch and extended_usage value simply be
removed?
