Have a look at http://wiki.darcs.net/index.html/DeveloperFAQ

If you use Windows, we could use some help on some issues.  Try working
on http://bugs.darcs.net/issue784 for example.  It should be very easy;
apparently you just need to have darcs try 'more.com' in addition to
'more' (see src/Darcs/External.hs).
