The problem with Windows users is that not enough of them turn into 
developers. So Windows bugs get filed, and then don't get fixed. I say 
that after spending some time tending the bug tracker and having 
observed a number of Window bugs in there seeing noticeably less update 
activity that the Linux bugs.
