[darcs-devel] [issue1445] Add a line range option to 'darcs changes <file>'

New submission from Marnix Klooster <marnix.klooster at gmail.com>:

Hi all,

'line range' option to the 'darcs changes' command, for every file
that is passed on the command line. In that case, only changes that
touch (at least) that range of lines should be shown; in other words,
changes that leave that range entirely unchanged should be skipped.

This is very useful to answer queries like "How/when/why was this
function [or datatype, or paragraph, or whatever] ever modified?".

Groetjes,
