[darcs-devel] [issue1534] reject changes --context --tags (--patches, --matches)

It does not make sense for changes --context to be used with
--tags/--patches/--matches because these matchers will just steamroll over
dependencies and produce a senseless context.

So it seems like the user interface should complain if the user passes the two
together.
