Related to issue1796 is this error message when we try to apply the
following sequence of patches

>     A ./src/GHF/GUI/
>      ./src/GHF -> ./src/Ghf
>      ./src/Ghf/gui -> ./src/Ghf/GUI

AnchoredPath [Name "src",Name "Ghf",Name "GUI"] exists.

The error message should probably join back the path in question
