[darcs-devel] resolve issueNNNN convention

It is ok, if I googled to search for examples is because (in fact) I want to
follow the existing conventions :) I think that nowadays I should be know to
be one that asked (repeatedly) for conventions with respect to many Darcs
stuff... so clearly follow a convention is not a problem for me, I just
asked because I was curious.
