[darcs-devel] [patch540] resolve issue2039: add --no-interactive flag

Hi,

this patch introduces a --no-interactive flag (useful when defaults sets
interactive).  See http://bugs.darcs.net/issue2039 for original bug
report.

I'm not sure it is relevant, however, since -a seems to do the same
thing (except for darcs tag where no such option is available).

discussion on the matter.

Anyway, do not push this before we reach a consensus please.
