[darcs-devel] [issue2032] don't create thisrepo: entries

This is a very easy thing for somebody to just knock out.

Results in annoying messages from our cache cleanup GSoC project that 
would actually be helpful if they didn't false-alarm trigger so much.

Nobody can tell what thisrepo: is for.  Seems to be perfectly harmless 
not to have it.
