Ideally it would be nice to have such a behaviour to be sure the users
are prepared, but I don't find the return-on-investment so great.
Flag creep + code creep + delaying 2.5.1 + discussing what these new
messages should be + actually writing the code, it's a little beyond
our current means.

The "OF get message" will pop up fairly often already, and 2.8 will be
self-explanatory on that topic. It's good enough as planned now.

Talking about that, I'm planning to update patch510 so that commands
that fail with OF repos print a one-liner message with a link, as
