Ideally, patches would get into screened very quickly. Unfortunately, we
(the core team) haven't been doing a great job of that; my own excuse is
that I think darcswatch hasn't been behaving reliably and as a result
it's hard to tell what actually still needs screening.

Nonetheless, I would hope that the core team would at least make an
effort to clear out the screened queue before pushing anything
significant of their own work to screened.
