Patches 2) and 3) are cleanups of dirt I did earlier (sorry).

Patch 1) is a kind of followup to the patch that removed the RepoType
datatype, aknowledgin that the only "kind" of repository that darcs
internally handles is darcs repository (no longer git repository).

Patch 4) is an argument cleanup, removing the need of passing UseCache
to a few functions that internally default to NoUseCache.
