David has the most commits of anyone (2872, if I'm counting right), so I
thought I should ask him first. You, Eric and Petr are the next most
"prolific", and together you would represent a good majority of the code.
But I haven't checked the individual files for which people have associated
themselves explicitly with the L/GPL.

What I can do is leave the GPL declaration above the haddock header, so
that it's there, and we can still have reasonable-looking Haddock
documentation. A bit redundant, but I'd rather get to more actual cleaning
than worry about legalities.
