[darcs-devel] [issue2232] `get -t` fails late

Similar in spirit to issue2230. 

darcs get old new -t footag

will get the whole repo, then check for footag in the repo. 

2. What behaviour were you expecting instead?

Check for footag before doing (potentially) expensive copying.

3. What darcs version are you using? (Try: darcs --exact-version)
