[darcs-devel] [issue2301] WANT: test-framework args in darcs-test

the command line args that darcs-test accepts are specific to darcs, all 
fine and good but sometimes you want the stuff that test-framework lets 
you control, like the depth of testing, random seed, etc.  Would be nice 
if we could have something like the union of the two.
