This patch comes out of a discussion with Mark Stosberg about
--all not being a very obvious opposite to --interactive, and
that people will want a way to get non-interactive darcs changes.

Other things to consider include:

 - how to deal with the help strings, as with this patch
--no-interactive is just a hidden alias for --all,
so --no-interactive isn't very discoverable

 - what should darcs changes do if stdout is not a terminal
(i.e. it's being piped)?
