Since a couple of months darcs puts the cache in ~/.cache/darcs
($XDG_CACHE_HOME/darcs/) so I don't know if this is still useful.

On the 51 directories I have inside my ~/.cache/ only one (fontconfig)
has this CACHEDIR.TAG file.
