[darcs-devel] [issue2454] "darcs help markdown" and "darcs help manpage" should use a pager

If you naively issue one of these commands you get tons of output on the
terminal. The implementation should invoke a pager under the usual side
conditions: a pager is available, standard output is a terminal etc.
