[darcs-devel] [issue2486] obliterate --not-in-remote -q should be more quiet

Using darcs 2.10.1, darcs obliterate --not-in-remote prints some
informational output, eg:

Determining patches not in any of:
    - Default push/pull repo
No patches selected!

darcs obliterate --help includes 

 -q    --quiet        suppress informational output

but -q doesn't suppress the output in this case.
