[darcs-devel] [patch1429] rename Patch and RealPatch to RepoPatchV... (and 1 more)

A refactor to change the old couple of names Patch/RealPatch
to RepoPatchV1/RepoPatchV2 which makes more sense and hopefully
will make the code clearer.

One can check that the word "real" is no longer used for
patches:

    grep -ir real src/
    grep -ir real harness/
