[darcs-devel] [issue331] wish: copyright headers could use more attention

Perhaps ask the SFC before making legally-significant decisions,
particularly if they go against FSF advice.  Legalities are tedious, and
I've spent too much of my time on them for my liking, but I've seen
results of neglecting them.

There are at least Emacs tools for maintaining/eliding copyright
headers.  I don't know of anything to update them from VC logs, but I
expect something exists.
