[darcs-devel] [patch1630] no longer show conflicting files on whatsnew -s

I'm rollbacking the code that shows conflicts on whatsnew -s due to its
poor performance, and to prepare the 2.14 release of Darcs. When we have
something well-designed ready, we will reintroduce this feature.
