Oops! I mean both of you. I was still thinking of my earlier 
conversation with Ganesh.

We're FOSS developers, so I'm sure we'll manage it.

However, playing devil's advocate: "Just test my changes" sounds easy 
but potentially means repeated code review, testing, troubleshooting, 
discussion, deploying. That's not insignificant work. I think we should 
ask, what's the purpose of doing it ? Darcs hub is working. Essentially 
no-one is asking for changes. It's not clear where Darcs is going. What 
problem are we solving, for whom ?
