[darcs-devel] [patch2021] replace shelly with turtle

It failed with no output. But I should probably dig into it more before
we declare turtle is broken, maybe I'm doing something silly.

I have this patch:

and I'm running

$ cabal v2-run test:darcs-test -- --unit=no -t harness
