[darcs-users] problems getting darcs_cgi to work.

I believe I have followed the install instructions correctly, but when I try 
to use the darcs web interface, I get

 The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable 
to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root at localhost and inform them of the 
time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have 
caused the error.

I suspect it's not just me, as I get the same message from 
http://abridgegame.org/cgi-bin/darcs?darcs*
