Fixed. And committed.

Information is always available through FreshPorts:

   http://www.freshports.org/devel/darcs/

A FreeBSD user can simply do

   cd ${PORTSDIR}/devel/darcs && make install

or

   cd ${PORTSDIR}/devel/darcs && make -DWITH_CGI install

to build and install darcs. To install a package

   pkg_add -r darcs

or

   pkg_add -r http://haskell.org/freebsd/darcs-latest-WITH_CGI-i386-stable.tgz

resp.

   pkg_add -r http://haskell.org/freebsd/darcs-latest-WITH_CGI-i386-current.tbz
