Just checked it: Yes, in this case the full filename is matched.

I agree, that would make it _much_ easier for darc's users. RegExps
are tricky enough without this source of ambiguity.

At least in my use case, this would be _very_ nice. I try to maintain
the "/etc" directory of several machines with darcs, and there are
_lots_ of files I want to ignore. And most of them are not in /etc
directly, but in a sub-directory.
