A colleague of mine had the problem that a "darcs push" to a remote ssh
repository failed with the error message "bash: darcs not found". The
problem was ultimately that the startup shell scripts on the remote
machine did not set up the path properly. (They set up the path
different for interactive and non interactive logins.)

While the error message itself is a bit cryptic and could e.g. indicate
that this happened on the remote machine, it might be a nice idea to
add an option "--executable" to specify the location of the darcs
executable on the remote machine that should be used.

I'm working on a patch.
