(That's a simple user-interface issue.  You mention composite
(``include'') patches in the to-do list, and one could imagine a type
of composite patch that prints as a ``reject.''  But that's for later)

So what are your plans?  Implementing the blacklist as a new type of
patch that commutes with everyone and has the side-effect of
inhibiting pulls of dependents?
