[darcs-users] wrong repo name when 'get' path doesn't contain '/'

A simple bug, and I haven't looked for a fix.

When you emit a "get" with an ssh-style path, where that
path contains no '/' chars, the filename parsing code
creates the local repository with the full path argument as
the dir name.

An example:

        $ darcs get dons at weill:d
        $ ls
        dons at weill:d

        $ darcs get dons at weill:/home/dons/d
        $ ls
        d

Now, I know how these haskell 'takewhile' filename splitting functions
work ;)
