Sorry, but *nobody* should *need* a computer with anything more than 
25MHz to do serious software development work.  I mean, what in the 
world would a compiler need 660MHz OR MORE to run with adequate 
performance?  Lots of RAM?  Yes.  I can see that.  Raw, brute CPU speed?  
Sorry, that's just plain no excuse.
