That's a not a feature right now. Any contributor may have an account
created for them for them by David or myself. Everyone else can still do
the basics:

 - See all the tickets
 - create tickets
 - comment on tickets
 - reply to tickets

Unless you really want to /work/ on the tickets, having an account won't
help you much.
