All darcs patches must be reversable without any information other
than the patch itself. The setmeta would need to have old and new
versions of all of the meta data set.

Does anyone have an proposal for how the old and new meta data should
be described?

setmeta ./foo old-lines=default new-lines=logical old-watchunixperm=""
new-watchnixperm=y

setmeta ./foo
-lines=default watchunixperm=""
+lines=logical watchunixperm=y

setmeta ./foo
lines: -default +logical
watchunixperm: - +y
