After another look, it turns out that the BKCVS repository is
wrong. Some files corresponding to the same BKRev have exactly one
hour difference in the timestamp. This looks like the cause of the
problems.

I will post this problem on LKML and see what they say about it.

Another way would be to modify cvsps to only group the patchsets after
the "Logical change" number.
