It discusses issues with using darcs for personal repositories vs. centrally
managed ones.

It could be nice to add a 'links' page to the wiki that documents the various
discussions and documents about darcs that been produced on the web. 

I've got a slim start here:

Having this on the Wiki illustrates that there is some "buzz" about darcs, 
and could generate additional interest.
