[darcs-users] Suggestion: track patch origin metadata

I think there are two kinds of repos (at least).  One where
you work and want total flexibility to unrecord and rerecord
anything.  The other where you preserve history and tag old
versions, and not ever (should) want to change history.

A very simple kind of safety guard would be to have a lock
(or mutate) state on repos, perhaps marked with a special
file in _darcs/prefs.  Its presence would (dis)allow unpull,
unrecord, and rerecord on that repo.
