What do you mean?  You just need a MySQL setup and an Apache with
mod_perl.  You can put it anywhere on an existing server.

If you want e-mailing, you'll have to add some aliases, but again,
that's no different than anything else.

The *debian* package assumes that (but then that's what Debian packages
do).
