*If* there's going to be any change, it should definitely be on this
side of 1.0, IMHO.  It could be worthwhile to consider how the
competition deals with this.  And also, whether 'add *' is a common
usage pattern.

I'm not sure wheter dotfiles should be boring by default - in your
home dir, you'd be fairly mad to to 'add *' anyway.  In source repos,
aren't some generated files dotfiles (.depend?).
