[darcs-users] complaint: --look-for-adds should be the default (plus "rerecord" confused me)

This wouldn't be bad as an option, but I don't care for it as the default.
And it's not quite the same as --look-for-adds, since you don't really want
darcs to treat those files as ones that are to be added.
