I just sent a patch to david which implements a fallback if
MAPIResolveName fails (and fixes a few more problems).
A binary is available here:
   http://zarquon.se/darcs/darcs-mapi-fix.exe

It works for me with outlook express, eudora 6 and thunderbird (1.0 and
1.0.2, pre-1.0 (at least 0.7) seems severly broken wrt. mapi)


I'd like to know if it still fails with some configurations..
