$ darcs replace -h
Usage: darcs replace [OPTION]... <OLD> <NEW> <FILE> ...
Apparently you did not pass any file(s)
> Skipping file 'src' which isn't in the repo.
The message is bogus; indeed. It should tell you it does not work on
directories in case of a directory argument.
