Hi,

I manage my website in darcs on sourceforge; no reason why you could not
do the same with your basic repository.
I placed the exe in my shell account (and in my path) and now I can do
darcs get http://uic.sf.net/
and / or
darcs push uic.sf.net:/home/groups/u/ui/uic/htdocs/
