Reorganizing the output of darcs --help is a bit of a pain, since it is
automatically generated from the list of commands.  I want it to remain
auto-generated, since that ensures that it remains in sync with what
commands are actually available.

It's easy enough to reorder the commands without any coding, but adding
headers will be a bit more work.  If someone wants to put in that effort,
I definitely approve.

As far as rewording given descriptions, patches are welcome, preferably
modifying individual help messages, if you're making substative changes (as
I may not agree with all your changes).  You don't need to know haskell,
you can search the sources for "command_help" to see where they're defined.
Keep in mind that the same short description is used for darcs --help as
for the first line of darcs COMMAND --help.
