May I suggest a little differet wording; as point one says:
" I will never login to this account!"
Whereas one sentence later you say:
Login as this user.

Which made me smile :)  Well, you are right _you_ will never login on _my_ 
machine as that user... *grin*

Idea:
what about a cron job or a suid=0 command to do a chown root.root -R 
_darcs/patches every commit/night
